After seeing so many of my friends have tremendous success with living a Paleo lifestyle, I decided to see what all the hype was about and began introducing it into my eating plan. Pinterest has been my number one source for Paleo recipes and eating tips. I found a great reference chart from the blog, Eating Yummy, and have been using it as a guide while food shopping and cooking. While I still eat some of the things in the “stay away from” column, such as beans, lentils and soybean products, I have pretty much eliminated sugars, starchy veggies and cheeses.
