I am counting down the days to my next mini-vacation which will be in Miami next month. I will be attending a food blogger conference and my hotel is right on the beach. Food is a huge part of my life and I love to eat, but I need to tighten things up with my diet. While I work out about 5 days a week, I still have some inches to lose and areas that need toning. My goal for this trip is to feel comfortable walking around in a bikini and am I willing to work hard to for it. Pinterest has become a great resource for diet and exercise tips and I found this photo that I am taping to my refrigerator. The quote “nothing tastes as good as skinny feels” is pretty accurate. While I am all about enjoying life, moderation is key and we sometimes need to challenge ourselves in order too become a better version of ourselves.
Starting April 15th, I am beginning a 30 day ab challenge in hopes of reaching my goal in time for my departure day, which is May 15th. I know I can do it and will be sharing my progress with all of you. If you are interested in taking the challenge with me, I will be posting my routine on April 13th.
