In a little over 30 days I will be attending one of my favorite food conferences in Orlando. This will be my third time attending the Food and Wine Conference at the gorgeous Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, FL. Last year I attended and was impressed once again with everything from start to finish. This year will be different, as I consider myself to be a born-again blogger. To be more specific, the last two years I pretty much dropped off the blog0sphere due to my strenuous work schedule and duties of a single mom. About two weeks ago I woke up and recommitted myself to blogging, as it has always been a passion of mine. While I can’t get back the two years I lost, I am moving forward and am excited to share that just a week ago I set a record for traffic to my site which has been around since 2011. I think the blogging gods are watching over me and I am ready to get back on track and take my blog to the next level. I can’t think of a better place to recharge my batteries than at the Food and Wine Conference.
In a nutshell, the Food Wine Conference brings together bloggers, small business owners, winemakers, chefs, public relations professionals, traditional media, new media, authors and brands.
Bloggers gain knowledge and insight to:
- SEO – Search Engine Optimization
- Marketing and promotion on social media channels
- Effective writing
- Publishing a cookbook
- Working with PR agencies
- Food photography
Attend the conference and tap into information and resources that can lead to growth for both you and your blog. Connections are very important in today’s ever growing blogosphere. This conference puts you and those connections in one place. It is an opportunity not to miss!
I had such a delicious time last year eating, tweeting and learning with fellow bloggers. Words can’t express how refreshing it is to be surrounded by like-minded people with the same goals and aspirations.
Each day is filled with such incredible food that you will leave with a appetite for recipe creation. I am always so inspired by the brand sponsors and look forward to working with their products and creating recipes of my own.
