My bar at work and my refrigerator at home are filled with an abundance of fresh herbs, fruits and edible flowers. I found a list on Pinterest for negative and zero calorie foods and have been stocking up on them at the market. This is a great resource for healthy snacks and if you keep many of these items prepped and ready to eat in small containers, you will resist the urge to snack on something unhealthy.
