Ok, I have a confession. I have been on a cookie frenzy over the last few weeks and have been treating myself to healthy cookie options almost daily. Garlic goes with everything….pasta, butter, shrimp, steak, veggies and chocolate. Yes, you read that correctly, chocolate. I know I have mentioned this is posts from the past but one of my favorite memories as a child was attending the annual Gilroy Garlic Festival. A garlic lovers paradise, you can try everything you can dream of with garlic, including garlic ice cream served in a cantaloupe bowl. I just got back from the Food Wine Conference in Orlando and I am still in a food coma. The weekend was a whirlwind of food, drink and non-stop laughter.
