As I get ready to kick off my 30 Day Ab Challenge, I have been trying out different routines. One in particular that I found on Pinterest has been very challenging, which means it will be effective. What I love about this routine is that it can be performed in the comfort of your own living room. There are no excuses for being too tired to go to the gym. I am attempting this regime every other day for a month and am looking forward to the end results.
